Community Access
Our Community Access Specialists help clients navigate the world beyond their homes, providing transportation and support to access education, work, and social activities.
We provide specialized non-institutional residential and community access support designed to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their own communities.
Services are designed around each client's person-centered service plan and delivered in compliance with Kentucky Medicaid regulations.
Level 1 Staffed Residential Support
Professionally, staffed homes with 24-hours of direct care support. Clients will enjoy living in a shared home with two housemates. Private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, shared bathrooms, common living spaces, and outside sitting areas.
Level 2 Residential Support
Family Home Providers who are professionally trained will provide a welcoming home full of life and opportunity. Clients will enjoy living in a shared home with a family. Private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, shared bathrooms, common living spaces, and outside sitting areas.
